Our Precious Angels
When I found out you were on your way
I thought there could not be a happier day.
My mind began to wonder thinking of everything
Of what you would look like, even the color of your hair.
Then I heard the best news of all, there will be twins
I began to think, there is so much to do, where do I begin.
We thought everything is going just as it should
But something went wrong, something we did not expect.
The doctor tried but our little babies could not wait
God must have needed them for something so great.
It is so hard but I have to believe with all my heart
What we had wanted for so long was not meant to be.
Even though their life was short and we had to say goodbye
Aaron Jacob and Nichole Marie’s presence will never die.
They will live in our hearts through out eternity
And we will never forget “Our Precious Angels”.
