My Turn
An angel of the night
Embraces me in her arms
She talks to me of love
Vowing to keep me from harm
Surrounded in radiant beauty
Shining through her angel wings
As sheer as gossamer lace
With joy she speaks of our king
Keep love in your heart always
In whatever it is you must do
To feel the warmth of the light
You must feel the love in you
Love is the key to all you must hold
Be not afraid to tell the other
For those who flee because of fear
They have yet to learn of our Father
Be pleased in the life you have for now
Remember these things I have told
Embrace them with all of your might
For tomorrow good things will enfold
She left as quickly as she came
But had given me so much to learn
Of love and hope, compassion too
My faith more clear..my life..my turn
