Cherished Angel
Come softly my sweet Angel, give your wings a rest;
And let me feel the warmth, the tenderness of your caress.
The Aroma of blossoms and fruit proceed you,
Angel, I know you're close by me.
I'm very aware, for I haven't a care, at times you let me see.
I tingle from the peaceful aire in which you bring;
I close my eyes... listen... and wait...
I hear the praise in which you sing.
With all of your Grace, Beauty and Charm;
Angel, you guide, guard and protect me... you keep me safe from harm.
Most of all, I cherish each memory that we share.
